Personal Information: name, email, mobile number, profile photo (if uploaded), KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN) when provided for withdrawals.
Account & Usage: quiz attempts, scores, achievements, points balance, redemption history, purchases of sponsor materials.
Device & Technical: device model, OS version, device identifiers, IP address, app logs and crash reports.
Payment Details: bank account or UPI details provided for withdrawals (we do not process incoming payments from users).

2. Why We Collect Data (Purpose)

To create and manage your account and authenticate identity (KYC for withdrawals).
To deliver quizzes, track progress, calculate rewards and process redemptions.
To send service messages, updates, and relevant notifications.
To prevent fraud, abuse and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis & Retention

We process personal data based on your consent and on our legitimate interests (service delivery, fraud prevention, legal compliance). We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described and to comply with legal obligations. Typical retention: account data and transaction history — 5 years; KYC documents — as required by law.

4. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

Service providers (payment processors, analytics, cloud hosting).
Law enforcement or courts when required by law.
Verified sponsors only for delivery of purchased study material (with your consent where required).

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. We encrypt sensitive data at rest and in transit where applicable. No system is perfectly secure; notify us at the contact below if you suspect misuse.

The app is for users aged 13+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

Access and correct your account information in the app settings.
Request deletion of your account (subject to legal retention requirements).

Your data may be stored and processed in India and in third-party cloud providers. We ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required.

9. Cookies & Third-party SDKs

Mobile apps do not use browser cookies. Third-party SDKs (ads, analytics) may collect device identifiers. You can control tracking in your device settings.

10. KYC & Withdrawals

KYC (Aadhaar, PAN) may be required before processing withdrawals to verify identity and comply with tax and anti-fraud laws. KYC documents are stored securely and used only for verification and compliance.

We may update this policy. We will post updates in the App and update the effective date.
