1. Purpose

Gyan Aura is a learning and quiz app created to improve knowledge and skills. The app does not support gambling, betting, staking, or any activity prohibited under the Online Gaming Act 2025.

2. Free Participation

• All quizzes and competitions on Gyan Aura are free to enter.
• Users never spend or risk points, money, tokens, or any valuable item to participate.
• Points cannot be used as entry fees for any contest.

3. Reward Points

• Points are earned through quizzes, achievements, and ads.
• Points may be converted to cash only after reaching the minimum threshold.
• Gyan Aura may deduct a small platform fee in points during redemption. No real money is ever required.

4. Sponsor Material

• Sponsors may offer real educational material such as PDFs or courses.
• Buying sponsor material is optional and not required to use the app.
• Some sponsor competitions may be available only to users who purchased their material, provided the material is genuine and educational.

5. KYC

KYC verification (PAN/Aadhaar) may be required before processing withdrawals for security and compliance reasons.

6. Withdrawals

• Redemption requests may take 24–48 hours for approval.
• Bank/UPI transfers may take an extra 2–4 working days.
• Withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed.

7. User Responsibility

Users must enter correct bank/UPI details. Gyan Aura is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts entered by the user.

8. App Rights

• We may adjust or revoke points in cases of fraud or misuse.
• We may update these terms anytime to follow legal requirements.
